RooflightInstallers.co.uk is a rooflight fitting business. Installation is the whole point: we fit rooflights we supply, rooflights you have bought yourself, and the structure and roof work around them. We also replace failed rooflights and domes, and fit as a subcontractor for builders and roofers.
Who you are dealing with
The business is run by S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16932889), part of the S&K Group of construction and property companies. When you accept a quote, your contract is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd. Fitting is carried out by vetted fitting teams working under our direction; we stay responsible for the job from quote to handover.
How we work
- A fixed written quote before any work, with what is included, what isn't and the payment terms
- Free survey visits for supply-&-fit, replacement and new-opening jobs; fit-only jobs usually priced from photos
- Fitting to the rooflight maker's instructions, with the roof detailed for that roof type
- A written workmanship guarantee, with its terms set out on your quote
What you won't find on this site
We don't show star ratings or customer quotes, because we only publish reviews from customers whose job we have completed, collected through an independent platform. We don't claim accreditations or memberships we don't hold. The photos are AI-generated examples of the types of rooflight and fitting work we do, not pictures of customers' homes; we will add real job photos as they come in.
Where we work
Fitting teams cover England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and travel to the address. Island and remote mainland postcodes are covered by arrangement. Our registered office is in Birmingham; it is an office, not a showroom.
